What an exciting week it has been at our school! From outstanding academic achievements to heartwarming celebrations, our community continues to shine, and we are thrilled to share some of the highlights with you.
This week, our talented Middle School Science Fair regional qualifiers proudly represented Cardinal Country at the University of Northern Colorado. Their hard work and curiosity were on full display, and we are delighted to announce that four of our students will advance to the state competition! Please join me in congratulating these remarkable young scientists for their dedication, creativity, and school spirit. You can find more information in this week’s Spotlight below. A special thank you to Mrs. Sarah Johnson and all those we were a part of their preparation.
Our Kindergarten Grandparents Day was a truly special occasion. The joy in the room was incredible as our youngest Cardinals performed a touching song for their grandparents and special friends. There were more than a few happy tears, and it was a beautiful reminder of the connections that make our school such a wonderful place. Mrs. Stacy Diller, thank you for always providing an open door into your classroom for our families!

Parent-Teacher Conferences: Conferences are scheduled for next week.

After-School Care Check-In: ASC will be held in the STEM LAB during conferences. All students attending after-school care must check in with the aides, and parents must check them out with the aides. There is no charge for ASC during conferences Tues. - Thurs. next week.

Playground Supervision: Just a friendly reminder—students must be supervised by an adult while on the playground at all times. Please do not send children to the playground unattended during PT Conferences.

Book Fair: Our Book Fair begins next week! All children must be accompanied by an adult when shopping. Please do not send students to the fair without an adult.
Last, please remember that there will be NO SCHOOL from February 24–27 for Mid-Winter Break.
