Mrs. Buchholz
Hello! My name is Hope Buchholz (buckles), and I am the 3rd grade teacher! I am from Keenesburg, CO.  I attended elementary school and middle school at CCA, went to high school at Weld Central and completed my teaching degree at the University of Northern Colorado in 2018.  

After completing my degree, I moved to North Carolina for a year to live with my husband, who was in the Navy.  When I’m not teaching, I am usually playing with my three dogs, working on an art project or dancing. Dance is one of my biggest passions. I danced for the Weld Central Poms Team, joined and became the president of UNC’s Hip Hop dance team, and I have auditioned for multiple professional dance teams including the Denver Broncos where I made it to the semi-finals!

Recently I have started my master's in reading, and I cannot wait to use these skills to better serve CCA!

My favorite things include the color yellow, sunflowers, cacti, coffee, butterflies, painting, rock climbing and anything related to autumn! I cannot wait to meet and teach all of my third-graders!
